AMP Data Rights Notice

This Data Rights Notice explains how authorised users can request access, export, correction, restriction or deletion of personal data processed in AMP.

Last updated: 15 May 2026 · Version: 2026-05-15

1. Rights you can ask about

Subject to applicable law and context, you may ask to access a copy of personal data linked to you or your organisation workspace.

You may ask to correct inaccurate account or organisation information.

You may ask to delete personal data, subject to customer instructions, legal obligations, audit records, logs and backup retention windows.

You may ask for export or portability where technically feasible.

You may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.

2. Before we act on a request

Jam 7 must verify the requester and the scope of the request. If the request concerns an organisation workspace, Jam 7 may need to confirm authority with the organisation owner or administrator because AMP often processes workspace data on behalf of that customer organisation.

Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal data in your request. Jam 7 may ask follow up questions to identify the account, organisation, item, upload or chat session involved.

3. How to start a request

Email compliance@jam7.com from your AMP account email where possible. Include the right you want to exercise and the organisation or workspace scope.

4. What happens next

Jam 7 will record the request, verify authority, search relevant systems, apply exemptions where needed and respond through an appropriate secure channel. For deletion requests, some records may remain for a limited period in logs, backups or legally required audit evidence.
